There are many activities and sights to see in Dubrovnik.  The town is alive with history, culture, and great places to eat where you can experience traditional cuisine.  As well, a string of islands near the coast, in the Adriatic Sea, make great destinations to visit and enjoy their natural beauty.

  2. Strolling through the Old Town neighborhoods will introduce you to friendly people and historic structures.  If you want to get a “feel” for Dubrovnik, take a walk through Old Town.

  2. One long pedestrian plaza, many cafes and tourist shops can be found here.  On both ends of the plaza is one of the Onofrio Fountains, dating back to 1438, which will also make the trek worthwhile.

  2. Sipan is the largest of the Elafiti Islands and has the greatest population.  It is one of the premier holiday destinations and many come to view the ancient ruins, as well as enjoy the tremendous scenery.

  2. Another island of the Elafiti group, Lopud should not be missed.  Hills, valleys, and bays with white sand are a wonderful complement to swimming and relaxing.  This island is a great place for kids, too.

  2. With a lighthouse that was built in 1875, this island located in the middle of the Adriatic sea is a perfect place for exploration and discovery.  It is 1400 m long, 300 m wide, and covered with tropical vegetation.
